§ 13.04.410. Sewer use charge—Established.

A.

There is established a sewer use charge to be charged to each premises served by the city sewage system. The sewer use charge shall be reevaluated each year to reflect water usage or wastewater discharge, billing and collection costs, infiltration and inflow costs, operation and maintenance costs, replacement costs, and debt retirement costs.

B.

Revised water usage or wastewater discharges and sewer use charges shall become effective and be billed with the September billing.

C.

The city council shall adopt by ordinance any revision to the sewer rate structure.
