§ 15.04.090. Building permit—Required—Exception.

No person shall erect or locate, or cause to be erected, located, constructed, altered, rebuilt or remodeled, any building or structure within the limits of the city, without first obtaining a permit authorizing the work to be done. This section shall not apply to the city when constructing buildings or structures for public use on city-owned property.
