§ 15.48.090. Permit to erect—Fee.

  • At the time of issuing a permit required by this chapter, the building inspector shall collect a fee of fifteen dollars for each sign to be erected. If any work for which a permit is required is started without first securing the permit and paying the prescribed fees, a fee, in addition to that amount prescribed by this section, of fifty dollars shall be collected from such person. The payment of such fee shall not relieve such person from prosecution for violating Section 15.48.070 of this chapter.
