§ 2.108.070. Appeals—Hearings.

  • The board shall set a date and time for the hearing of each appeal and in the appeal for a variance shall cause a notice to be published once in the official city newspaper setting out the day, time, place and character of the hearing. A copy of the published notice shall be mailed a minimum of ten days prior to the date of the hearing to each owner of property within a distance of two hundred feet of the property concerned, exclusive of public streets or alleys. A certified list of the names and addresses of all owners of real property within such two hundred-foot distance shall be furnished by the applicant at the time of filling this notice of appeal. Upon the hearing, any party may appear in person, by agent or by attorney.
