§ 2.120.030. Meetings—Secretaries.

Members shall meet on an as needed basis, but not less than once each quarter. Special meetings of the commission may be called by the chairperson, or in the chairperson's absence, by the vice-chairperson. The commission shall designate a secretary and may also designate an assistant secretary, neither of whom need to be members of the commission.
