§ 5.12.070. Sale at retail—Forbidden on certain days—Hours of sale.

Latest version.

No person shall sell at retail any alcoholic liquor within the corporate limits of the city:

A.

On Sunday before 12:00 noon or after 8:00 p.m.;

B.

On Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas day; and

C.

Before 9:00 a.m. or after 11:00 p.m. on Monday through Saturday when sale is permitted.
