§ 8.08.100. Unlawful accumulations—Garbage.

It is unlawful for any person to collect or accumulate, or permit to be collected or accumulated, any garbage on any private premises in this city, unless the same is placed in containers meeting the requirements of this chapter. Any and all uncollected and fermenting, putrefying or odoriferous garbage placed in containers and permitted to remain therein to the annoyance of any person or neighborhood is prohibited and declared to be a nuisance.
