§ 9.32.160. Unlawful disposal of remains.

A.

It shall be unlawful for any person to dispose of human remains at the Great Bend Cemetery in any method other than burial in a cemetery lot or placement in the mausoleum.

B.

Unlawful disposal of human remains shall be a Class B violation as defined by the Uniform Public Offense Code from Kansas Cities as adopted by the governing body of the city.
