§ 8.20.020. Sale prohibited—Exceptions.

It is unlawful for any person to sell, display for sale or offer to sell, within the city, any fireworks at any time, except from June 27th to July 4th of each year. Sales shall only be conducted from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. on said dates. The foregoing restrictions and prohibitions upon the sales of fireworks within the city shall not apply to wholesale dealers in fireworks regularly licensed under the rules and regulations of the state fire marshal as long as such wholesalers confine their transactions to purely wholesale sales.
