§ 8.20.030. Permit to sell.

It is unlawful for any person to sell at retail any type of fireworks without first securing a permit therefor from the fire department.

The fee for such permit shall be charged for all fireworks stands and shall be based upon square footage as follows:

51—300	50.00
301—1,000	125.00
1,001—2,000	225.00
2,001—3,000	325.00
3,001 or larger	400.00
